Welcome to Nutcrackers by Mail, home of Old World Nutcrackers, offering fine German collectibles with good old Southern hospitality. We into nutcrackers and have offered them online through our e-commerce store since 1999.

We also have a bricks and mortar store in Midlothian, VA - The Monogrammed Martini. All of our nutcrackers are not on display, but you can pick up your order at our store and save a little on shipping.

We're passionate about our handmade German Nutcrackers and love to share our knowledge with you. Specializing in well known brands like Steinbach and Ulbricht, we also offer German nutcrackers from KWO and the general Erziberge region. One thing they all have in common is they are all handmade, authentic German nutcrackers. We don't carry the cheaper Asian knock offs - we offer only authentic German handcrafted goods.

In addition to nutcrackers, we also carry a wide collection of Smokers (or smoking men as some call them), German wooden ornaments, German pyramids (or carousels) and many other fine German products. All of our products are brand new and not previously owned.

Answers to frequently asked questions:

1. We are not able to offer appraisals or value older nutcracker collections.
2. We don't buy or resell old nutcrackers (although they are beautiful & special!)
3. All of our nutcrackers are brand new, direct from Germany.
3. We are not able to offer advice on any replacement parts we carry. We offer them as a service, but can not advise on products that fit old handmade nutcrackers and pyramids.

Simply click on “add to cart” to put an item in your cart – this does not commit you to buying the item. After placing an item in your basket, you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may remove anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on “Remove” which is found next to the item in your basket. You may see your basket at anytime by clicking on “Show Cart.” If you have any trouble ordering, please email us & let us know – we’ll be glad to help you place an order.

BILLING:

After receiving your order we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. We will send you a confirmation when we ship and bill your order.

COUPON/DISCOUNT POLICY

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter ~ you'll always be first to know! Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order ~ if more than one discount applies, we will automatically apply the larger discount.

PRICING ERRORS/TYPOS

Although we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a typo or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

BUSINESS/MARKETING CALLS:

For TRUE consideration, initial email contact with your proposal is always our preference. If we are interested, we will telephone at our convenience. Our customers are our TOP priority!

NEW PRODUCT SUBMISSIONS:

Nutcrackers by Mail is part of a growing online specialty stores, JK Boutiques, LLC. We welcome your submissions of innovative, unique, high quality German products. If you would like to submit a new product for consideration please send the following to our corporate headquarters address:

1. Information about the product.

2. Cost price of product.

3. Company principal or representative contact name, address, phone, fax.

4. Product sample or photo. Samples submitted cannot be returned unless arrangements are made prior to submitting actual sample. Due to the number of products submitted, OldWorldNutcrackers.com cannot pay for samples.
